Speaking is often the easiest way to think something through. Flow turns those moments into a searchable archive and text that is useful beyond the recording.

How it works

Record a thought, review its transcript, and copy lightly cleaned text into a message, email, or AI conversation. Titles, tags, and Threads help connect related ideas. Processing can be local or in the cloud.
